With changes to their production line, a walkway beside machinery using caustic acid, presented a large Fruit Processing Company with potential risk for employees using the walkway. Remax was consulted to design and construct a dividing screen that would provide total protection against acid splashing, without limiting critical vision and lighting requirements. The resulting Remax PVC Dividing Screen provides a high clarity barrier that not only protects employees walking past the process line, but also allows the machine operator unrestricted observation of the equipment during operation. In the event that the machinery must be worked on, the PVC Dividing Screen can be easily slid back to allow access.
